ACTIVISTA

Up with justice, down with hunger!

Training: Capacity building youth networks

Training courses will provide Activista volunteers with tools to work with other volunteers, run campaigns, organize groups and use new media.

Activista arranges training courses for Activistas globally and regionally – on campaigning, leadership and media use. Training is developed with MS ActionAid Denmark and takes place on our training centres – Global Platforms – in Kenya, El Salvador, Tanzania and Denmark.

Training courses will first of all provide Activista volunteers with the tools to run campaigns, organize volunteer groups, use new media and how to work with a global network.
There will be 10 training courses for Activista in 2010.

hi fellow activists i came across activista via  my bossom friend in Abuja. I decided to join ensuite because i feel its high time certain anomalies in the country and world over be laid to rest.Looking at the personelles in the house i believe peaceful informations and messages can be passed across to the people concerned for changes to be effected...

I came accross activista on the internet and become interested. I hate to see my fellow human staving and this is a common problem in the world especially in Africa. It will be a pleasure to me to join hands with activista members to share views and ideas on how to overcome hunger in the world. How can I have training because am newly interested person.

I feel Slums are vulnerable since nobody seems to consider them when it comes to humanitarian help. Somebody should inform the institutions responsible about this.
